Tasmeem
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Tasmeem, a browser-based 3D architectural design SaaS.
1. Service
Tasmeem provides digital software access for creating room design projects, placing furniture, customizing materials, saving project versions, and exporting design files.
Tasmeem is a visual planning tool. It is not a substitute for professional engineering, construction, safety, or legal advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate account information and may not use Tasmeem for unlawful, abusive, or restricted activities.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may collect billing details, taxes, and payment information during checkout.
Access to paid features is granted after Tasmeem receives a valid payment or subscription event from Paddle.
4. User content
You keep ownership of your project data and exported designs. You grant Tasmeem the limited permission needed to store, process, render, and export that data for the service.
You are responsible for making sure uploaded content and client materials are yours to use.
5. Ownership and intellectual property
Tasmeem, the Tasmeem website, platform, source code, product design, branding, UI, documentation, and related service materials are owned by RAF BUG.
All rights not expressly granted to users remain reserved by RAF BUG. Official owner website: https://rafbug.com. Official contact email: raf.bug@outlook.com.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Tasmeem to distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, attack the service, bypass plan limits, or create content that violates applicable law.
We may suspend accounts that create operational, security, compliance, or legal risk.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Tasmeem reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime as we improve the product.
Features, limits, prices, and supported export formats may change with reasonable notice when practical.
8. Liability
Tasmeem is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, construction mistakes, or decisions made from visual previews.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it or cancel your paid plan.
