Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Tasmeem subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your Tasmeem account or projects.

Paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is refunded, canceled immediately, or otherwise changed by Paddle.

2. Refund window

First-time paid subscriptions may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the account has not abused the service or violated our terms.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved after review.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing depends on Paddle, the payment network, and the customer bank or wallet provider.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be denied for accounts suspended for abuse, chargeback misuse, fraudulent activity, plan-limit bypassing, or violations of applicable law.

We do not refund time spent on the free plan because no payment is collected for free access.
