Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Tasmeem collects and how that data is used to operate the SaaS.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email, role, company, locale, and authentication metadata.
We store project data that you create in Tasmeem, including room settings, furniture placement, materials, saved versions, exports, and workspace branding.
2. Billing data
Payments are processed by Paddle. Tasmeem does not store full card numbers or raw payment credentials.
We store billing identifiers, subscription status, selected plan, and webhook event records so paid access can be applied accurately.
3. Usage and diagnostics
We may collect basic usage, error, device, and log data to secure the service, debug issues, and improve performance.
We avoid collecting more data than needed for product operation and support.
4. Service providers
Tasmeem uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, and Paddle for billing.
These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are governed by their own security and privacy commitments.
5. Data retention
We keep account, project, and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, or backup reasons.
You may request account deletion, but some billing or security records may be retained where required.

Tasmeem is operated by RAF BUG. Privacy requests, account deletion support, and data questions can be sent to raf.bug@outlook.com.

7. Your choices
You can update profile information from settings, cancel billing through the billing portal, and request deletion or export support by email.
You are responsible for keeping copies of exported work that you need outside Tasmeem.
